W-2s are mailed to former employees, typically in the last week of January. Note that we mail them to the last address the University has on file for you.  

If you do not receive your w-2 in the mail, please start a new support ticket requesting a copy.  If you know or have access to your DU ID number, please include that information in your request to expedite the process.
