Learn how to update the supervisor for Work Study employees and Benefited Employees as it pertains to the PioneerTime platform. Changes made to Benefited employees will only update their PioneerTime supervisor.

Use the form below to change supervisors for Work Study employees and Benefited employees only for PioneerTime. 

Note: All other non-benefited PioneerTime supervisor changes should be completed using the Non-benefited Job Change Request, please see the Non-Benefited Job Change Request (NBJCR). 

Benefited Employees Only:  This change will create a dominant override in the PioneerTime system which means any changes to the supervisor on the job record will not update PioneerTime when this override is in place. Should the department wish to update the supervisor or have the employee revert to their performance management supervisor this override has to be deleted by UFS.
