Learn how to view accrued leave balances in PioneerTime.
This article applies to all benefited leave-eligible University of Denver employees.
1. Log in to PioneerTime. If you are a PioneerTime supervisor, change your workspace view to the Employee view.
2. Ensure that you are in the current pay period.
3. Click on the Accruals tab at the bottom to see available balances.
Note: Accruals for exempt monthly employees (auto)load on the last day of the month. Accruals for non-exempt bi-weekly employees will not calculate until the pay period has been closed and the hours processed.
